How do you get Energized?

Ever come down from a high energetic week of activity and crash? That's me the last two weeks. Today I had enough of the funk & took a nice warm bath.

Of course being an essential oil addicted I had to try something new with Epsom salt. I found an empty glass jar, covered the bottom with Rice Bran oil and added 4 drops of Steadfast (Simply Aroma blend). While the tub was filling I added the Epsom salts, placed on the lid and shook. I used a small amount & relaxed with some music on Pandora. Today I am listening to the Shinedown station.

I felt completely energized! My first thought was I need to get on periscope. Why am I so afraid? Just get on there and do it! So I did just that. I babbled the whole time. I remembered to look at my guests twice. I wanted to welcome everyone but was afraid that if I stopped talking I wouldn't get started again. But I did it and it's over. I was shaking during the broadcast and came out even more energized. I am ready to do scpe 2-infinity!

That amazing energy inspired me to write this blog post. It actually started as a fan page post but then I thought why not blog, that's why I created this site.

Come follow me on Periscope. It's connected to your twitter account. Mine is @crazyforinfo. Share & send some hearts. It takes courage to get started! Giving hearts is giving back energy to the broadcaster.

A nice warm bath along with some music was just what I needed. Don't forget to take time for yourself too! How do you unwind or recharge?

P.S. Simply Aroma's Steadfast blend happens to be on sale for 48 hours. If you want to know more about essential oils, follow & contact me. It's another hobby/addict of mine & I won't judge on what brand you use ;-)
